Co-founder and President of Construction Management of Florida, Inc. Addy has over thirty years of experience in construction and real estate. She started her career in the construction industry at her family's water works supply business. Later Addy started her own real estate sales firm and was an officer in a general contracting and real estate development company in the Caribbean and Florida. Responsible for the day to day operations of Construction Management of Florida, Inc., Addy is always looking for ways to grow and find new opportunities, associations and partnerships with the private sector and government agencies. Addy is a hands on owner with responsibilities ranging from company financials to processing monthly payment applications, insurance, bonding, purchase orders, payroll, taxes and all personnel. Addy studied Business Management at The College of Sacred Heart in San Juan, Puerto Rico and The Washington School for Secretaries in Washington, DC. She also holds a Real Estate License in the State of Florida.
Co-founder and Vice-President of Construction Management of Florida, Inc. He has over 40 years of construction experience ranging from Hospitality and Health Care, Pharmaceutical to Industrial, Residential, Multifamily High Rise Buildings, Airports and Educational Facilities, in both the Federal and Private sectors. Ignacio has held various positions with multinational firms like J.A. Jones Construction Company, Balfour Beatty Construction Company (formerly Centex Construction), Skanska USA Building (formerly Beers/Skanska). Since 2003 Ignacio has been the Vice President and owner of Construction Management of Florida, Inc., a general contracting and construction management support services firm based in Vero Beach, Florida. He was one of the founders and principal of a general contracting and real estate development company that operated in the Caribbean and Florida from 1977 until 1989. Ignacio is a hands on owner overseeing all aspects of the business from the day to day running of the office to the onsite construction from preconstruction to close out. Ignacio has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Georgia Tech. He is a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida. USACE Construction Quality Management Certified.
Bill provides 45 years of professional construction experience and understands the benefits of "lessons learned in construction" and fair minded business practices. He has the expertise in General Contracting, Construction Management, Supervision, Quality Control, Scheduling, Construction Design, as well as Site Logistics, Pre Construction Estimating and Cost Control. Bill’s experience ranges from Hospitality and Health Care, Residential, Multifamily High Rise Buildings, Airports and Educational Facilities, in both the Federal and Private sectors. Bill often brings a project to completion ahead of schedule. As Senior Project Manager he had brought the Walmart Distribution Center in Fort Pierce, in on-time and on budget within 10 months from site-clearing to owner load-in. One of Bill’s most notable accomplishments was the Grand Floridian Beach Resort Hotel for Disney Development Company, designed by WATG. This 903 room Victorian style resort occupies a 40-acre peninsula with monorail station, marina facility, three acres of landscaped walking trails, a restaurant, and retail shops. Bill has a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, and is a General Contractor in the State of Florida - CGCC06854.
With us since 2014, Don Powell has quickly become one of our veteran team members. He brings years of experience and skills to the forefront in helping our business grow and evolve as our lead Project Manager. His professionalism mixed with charisma has fortified a solid relationship at Kennedy Space Center with contracting officers and with our subcontractors. He runs the daily operations at Kennedy Space Center and allows CMF the opportunity to expand a satellite office in that area.
Adel Lizama has been with us since 2016 and brings organization to the office. She dove right in with assisting on all proposal requirements and has quickly filled her role as our Business Development Manager. The team environment that has been created around her is as a result of her ability to "wear multiple hats" and step in to assist wherever and whomever possible.
Karrie Pastor has been with us since 2014 and is an exceptional asset to our team working closely with project owners and subcontractors on the accounting side of all aspects. Karrie is an invaluable member to the CMF family and works closely with our team members to provide support on all current and upcoming projects.
