Our Principal Team Members have supervised and/or managed over $600 million in Federal, Higher Education, K thru 12, Healthcare, Aviation, Residential and Commercial Construction. CMF can provide General Contracting and Construction Management Services. CMF has experience in self-performing work such as; General Requirements, Site Work, Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, Finishes, Specialty Items and Furnishings. We work closely with our clients to customize the services we provide based on their specific needs and circumstances. We’re proud to be a growing company in the Vero Beach area, and willing to go the extra mile whenever and wherever we’re needed.

CMF also offers to our clients, with experience; Pre-Construction Services which includes but limited to: Value Engineering, Constructability Reviews and Detailed Estimates, Budget Pricing and Scheduling Services.
